Dues  (bring to practice or pay online – due in full no later than August 30)

$300 dues can be paid via check payable to DHS Wildcat Fencing, Inc. or by PayPal (make sure to use Send Money to a Friend and uncheck any box that says this is a product or a service) to dhswildcatsfencing@gmail.com.

Forms

Please have your fencer bring the  registration forms from Forms & Downloads.  All form must be submitted to fence.  Download, complete, and sign.  Also bring a copy of your health insurance card to  practice.

Fencers cannot participate in practice without the signed forms so make sure they bring them.

Dunwoody Urgent Care offers $25 physicals if your fencer still needs one. Physicals are valid for one year only so physical form signed by doctor must be dated sometime after February 28, (valid until end of season next February).
